"The rooms were okay but the staff though helpful seemed to not really know there jobs. They sent my luggage ahead and never put a label on it so it never arrived at my next destination. That seemed like a rookie move. I don’t think I would stay there again."

"This hotel is located just a few subway stops from Kyoto - a great choice if you want to be near nishiki market and the pokemon center. Also really convenient for getting to famous attractions like kinkakuji and kiyomizu-dera with direct buses within walking distance! Property wise, service is wonderful and the facilities are excellent."
