“The hotel room was filthy. The smell of cigarette smoke was not bearable. The hotel was in poor repair. A disgusting place. We did not stay but booked a different hotel. I feel if a hotel was listed as smoke free, it should have been just that. I would like to receive a refund.”

“Gaia has updated the flooring and paint inside the rooms. I've always liked thier beds and pillows. The last time I stayed, it was looking a little neglected and I questioned if I would be back. Happy I cam back. Parking here is easy and the property always feels safe. ”

“The Railroad House in McCloud, CA was really great. The hosts were very nice, the home was a wonderland of train memorabilia, the breakfast was fantastic. They even made a birthday card and special breakfast for my son on his day. If you are visiting the area, especially with children that like trains, check out the Railroad House B&B.”
