"Friendly staff. Fantastic location. Close to many underground & Rail connections. Close to British Library. Thankfully there is a lift. Area around can be noisy at night. Why do ild fashioned tubs in bathrooms have such high walls that even a fit (though older) person like me is scared of tripping? Asked for a walk in shower but got a tub instead. Some sort of universal design updating is required for things like that. "
