Northern Coast Spa Hotel

"Me and my boyfriend stayed from Sunday-Thursday and when I say this was by far the best couples trip we’ve been on. The property was so clean the staff was absolutely incredible. From the housekeeping to the bar tenders. We went kayaking and swimming because the property is right by the beach.Our hotel was an ocean view in front of the beach and steps away from the bar and where breakfast is served very convenient. "Great communication from hotel as we were navigating our way there. We arrived after the normal dinner hour but the were willing to hold staff available to serve us a very good meal. Rooms are unique and charming! We did the whitewater rafting. Guides were great and very concerned about everyone’s safety. Fun trip! Overall a great visit and we look forward to returning!"

"La única queja fuerte que tengo es con respecto a que no tienen bien puesto los nombres de las habitaciones. Yo reserve lo que tienen como VILLA DE MADERA que duermen 5 y a la hora de llegar al hotel me dijieron que tenía que pagar OTRA habitación porque no era VILLA sino que HABITACIÓN. Eso no es correcto cuando uno tiene la confianza y seguridad de hacer las reservas con ustedes"
