"Location pretty convenient for a last minute New Year’s Eve. Very basic motel but was clean, which was most important. There was a dog left alone in room next door that barked a lot until owner returned. Luckily not too late because was annoying."

"This hotel is wonderful. The decor celebrates everything University of Arkansas. It is just adorable while also being very welcoming. Our room was the same and very clean and comfortable. We did not eat there. I would highly recommend it to everyone "

"The renovation being done here makes the rooms amazing. We were blessed to have the “penthouse” room. On the outside, it’s a cement building they have renovated, but on the inside, it was SOOOO spacious with everything we needed. For the price and convenience, there’s not a better room in Eureka Springs. Love this place! "

"Nice clean hotel. Love the use of texting. They texted us the code to get in the room, Wi-Fi information, etc., and we could text back if we needed anything, which we didn’t. No keys to keep up with! Beds were comfy. "

"From the receptionist Mr. Demarcus, the non-stick iron, the gigantic TV, the thick glass shower doors , the shower gel, shampoo & conditioner dispensers, and the hot breakfast served in cast iron pots with lids ! A step above the rest of hotels in the area!"

"Exceptional front desk - Ashley and Patrick in the morning. Lots of high points at this La Quinta near Washington Regional hospital, Fayetteville AR. which include bedding, extra large bathtub, wall mounted thermostat for temperature control. Remarkably light Comforter bedspread combination which was instantly warm - wow. We enjoyed our stay! No so good was breakfast. To end on a good note - one of our two rooms had to be canceled. They were perfectly accommodating."

"Overall clean but it's old and needs to updated room furnishings. Pool was locked up due to cloranation issue or testing so that was sad. Staff very good and friendly "

"I loved the quaint single cabins. There was plenty of hot water, clean beds and very comfortable. I was traveling alone and was a bit concerned with the dimly lit parking. There were electrical cords exposed, dimly lit room, bathroom and small shower. No full length mirror and I was dressing for a wedding. It was very convenient to the wedding venue. I didn’t see any restaurant but vending machines and ice on location outside across the courtyard. Very tight driveway. I had to back up and try...
