"Visited for a wedding and was highly impressed by the stay. Not only was the staff so friendly they were accommodating, and eager to assist. The bed was extremely comfortable. My only dislike was the thinness of the walls, but that was to be expected by the buildings age. "

"Very antiquated check in process with ancient key processor. Rooms could use just a little attention to detail. EX...touch up grout in the bathtub. Pillows were great mattress not very comfortable. Our group alone had 300 people with 15 minutes between sessions 2 elevators for how campus not very efficient OLD and SLOW "

"This was a last minute trip for a mini vacation. The lodge was nice and has a really nice gift shop and lounge/bar. Great location within minutes of the canyon and info center. "

"This historic hotel is quaint, walkable to the entire Downtown, and has a vibe that makes it truly special among Flagstaff's many lodgings. The downstairs bar is alive with people and character. "

"Checking in was very quick kind and courteous. The room was very clean the bed was very comfortable. We enjoyed the Jacuzzi hot tub the towels they gave us at the front desk for the Jacuzzi hot tub could’ve been a little better quality but they were still good. The atmosphere at the lounge and cocktail bar was very pleasant. We very much enjoyed the breakfast the morning we were leaving very well done."
