"The hotel is great given how historic it is. The location was good although a little bit of a walk from the centre. The reception and security staff are very nice and respectful but I was absolutely put off by the restaurant staff. The man at the restaurant is very rude. The staff never ever said anything at check-in and their promo makes reference to all services included. It was not about the cost because breakfast was great and the cook really friendly and caring this was about surprising us with hidden charges."
