"This is one of the nicest looking hotel I've stayed at accross the country. From the Waldorf Astoria to Beverly Hilton this hotel is grand. While Cleveland is not "New York City or Beverly Hills" the proximity of this hotel to so many great venues in this friendly city was a truly great experience. From Playhouse Square, to East 4th Street, to the Flat and the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame - this is a trip worth making again. "

Decent hot breakfast. 2 things were missing but I won't deduct a star for it were: bathroom had no shampoo and the room had no safe. Overall I would stay again.
