We found it quite suitable for our needs, as each party had their own room. The fourth bedroom is actually a bed on the enclosed sun porch with a curtain dividing it from the rest of the porch. "This property was a wonderful find for our stay attending an event in Indianapolis. It was located a mile and a half away from the Stadium area and being able to park at the property and easily access where we need to go was a big plus. The house does have some age, but that adds to the charm of the place. Bedrooms and full bath are all conveniently located upstairs and were all comfortable and clean. Kitchen has what you would need to cook any meal at the house and provided laundry machines...
