"What a beautiful location central for UF and Gainesville activities. They made you feel welcome from the moment you drives. The cottages were super cute with great history. I enjoyed my little reading book in Lester’s Place and walking the grounds. And the breakfast was so good. You felt welcome, you felt home and you wanted to come back from the moment you left."

"Decent property in a very good location. Breakfast was a disappointment as it was regular grocery bread, yogurt, etc. No fresh fruits or omelets or oatmeal. It was pretty basic. Some furniture pieces needed TLC."

"Staff was supper friendly and helpful. I realize that there is staff shortage but only hot breakfast is served on the weekends."

"This B&B is right on the Bay with beautiful views of the Lions Bridge from the front porch. The staff and service is all first class. The breakfasts every morning were absolutely amazing. My wife and myself were served such an amazing breakfast every morning we skipped lunch and just ate an early dinner every day of our stay. We will be going back to Bayfront Westcott House again. "Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was nice and clean, great location. Only slight negative is that parking was hard to find and tough to get to. The sign for parking is a little small. The breakfast was so good! Definitely exceeded my expectations. Whether youve been to a bed and breakfast before or want to try it for the first time i definitely recommend this place."

"My wife and I spent 3 nights in July 2024. On property parking is a definite perk. The my wife and I fell in love with St. Francis as soon as we arrived. Beautiful courtyard and quaint inn. The breakfast was good and coffee was also great and always available. Everyone was so nice and helpful with directions and ideas of what to do for our first visit to St. Augustine. A heads up… it’s really hot in the summer obviously but the gnats love to harass you just about anywhere you go in St....
