「Nice place on a quiet street. Stay went perfect 」

「Several colleagues and I stayed here for a conference in Springfield. While the location was fairly convenient and the house was very clean, there were areas that could be improved upon. We loved having several bathrooms but there was only one roll of toilet paper in each bathroom and no extras for replacements. We ended up having to buys some. This dwelling did not quite live up to that standard, but was clean, sans the “mud room” and what appeared to be mold on the peak of the ceiling above the living room. 「This house is one of the worst places I have ever stayed. I booked for 13 people and only 2 of the 3 showers worked which they never disclosed to us. The house was a total pigsty. Dirty dishes in the sink. Old food in the fridge. Frozen food in the freezer and the freezer was disgusting with frozen spills that looked like they were there for years. 「This is a newly renovated carriage home. Very clean and easily and accommodated our party of 6. It's within walking distance to the downtown North Hampton area which made it very convenient. The home has a lovely kitchen but not could be improved with more cookware and glassware. All the rooms have air conditioners which worked great and kept us comfortable. 「The house looked like an abandoned property. It was dirty and gross. The sheets had hair on them. We actually couldn't stay. We were hopeful that after taking pictures and sending them, we have some sort of recoupment but we did not. Even though we booked through vrbo, it was apparently another company's listing and they were also no help. We won't use vrbo again. Also watch out for Evelve,」
