Easy walk to the beach for which this property has beach towels and chairs. Great property that we would highly recommend! "

"Met all our needs until the last night. The weather turned really cold and the heat source could not provide a comfortable temperature. We slept in the living room to try to stay warm. Other than that it was just fine. "

"I didn't know until the day before that it was on the 2nd floor. I thought it was ground floor. I found it dangerous to have to get to the beach from the deck in the back of the condo . The stairs were very slick because they stay wet. And i witnessed several people fall trying to get to the beach area . "

"This is a wonderful property! One issue for us was privacy. The ocean front deck is shared with another unit, which is great if they are your group. You literally had to slide your feet in so the renters nextdoor could get by. Not what we expected. And PLEASE review that sleeper sofa. It is more comfortable to sit on the floor and the rug was filthy. Please clean them both. Everything else was spit on and beautiful!could get by to use the stairs"
