"The breakfast was well worth the extra money. The reception staff was very helpful. We chose not to have our room cleaned but asked for clean towels. They did not bring them until our third request. The electricity in our friends' room didn't work. It was not turned on until late in the day, after it had been requested early in the morning. Evidently it only took a flip of a switch in the control room. We wish we had not been awakened in the middle of the night by a fire alarm, reportedly caused by a faulty fuse in the alarm system."

"Great location for what we were there for. Beautiful hotel. Our room was 1 1/2 hrs late being ready for check in. We were exhausted. We were compensated with a free drink. There was food left in the mini fridge and stains on the sofa bed and sitting area chair. "
