“Had a wonderful time very pleased with the house very clean & beautiful ”

“Great little house in a great neighborhood. Close to everything we need to be close to on our visit. Our host, Marek was unbelievably friendly and helpful while we were in town. We will rent there again the next time we are in SA. One thing to note, there are steps in the house, also the showers have a rather tall step to go over, it is something to consider if you are challenged by steps. It was not an issue for us. ”

“Quiet and peaceful. Lovely home. ”

“This house was perfect for our large family to celebrate an AF graduation. A few things we really appreciated:1. The host ordered a pack n play that we forgot to pack - saved the day! They also had a Christmas tree setup which was a really nice touch as we were also doing a delayed holiday celebration.2. House was well stocked with paper towels and toilet paper and other kitchen essentials.3. Backyard and playroom were fabulous! So many hours of fun for all ages!4. Proximity to grocery store,……

“This is our third two week vacation this year to the casita. Owners are generous with starter package and extremely accomodating to our needs. Close to The Quarry area (great for golf and restaurants) and relatively close to Pearl Brewery district (great for bars and restaurants). Looking forward to our next visit. ”

“We wanted a short vacation before the return to school. Stayed from 12/31/24 - 1/4/25. Enjoyed the space and close proximity to shopping mall. We weren’t able to take advantage of the pool, due to cold weather. Plan to return during summer months.”

“We stayed at the Oak loft during Christmas break and it was wonderful. The pictures shown of the house on VRBO are accurate. The owners keep up with the maintenance and it is super clean. The owners are also very helpful and respond quickly if we had any questions. We paid for the heated pool/hot tub since it is winter, and it was absolutely wonderful. We swam everyday, a couple times a day, and it was just the right temperature. The highlights include fresh baked warm cookies, amazing smelling……

“We enjoyed our stay of three nights for our anniversary. The decor of the house was super cute. The king size bed was comfortable. We aren’t use to no shoes in the house, but that was ok.”

“House was clean and well stocked. Backyard was secure for our small dog to be outside without concern. We certainly felt at home. Location worked well for us visiting downtown, as well as wine country. ”

“perfect in all ways...as advertised”

“The outside is not appealing at all. But once inside, it's comfortably. The outside everything is overgrowth. You can't see the beauty of the outside at all. The pictures do not do the place any justuce. But once in side. It's very different but really nice. Love the bedrooms and bathrooms. Everyone loves the game, room. ”

“Beautiful home. Very inviting and comfortable. Well stocked, including pantry. We all enjoyed the ping pong table, especially our teenage granddaughters! A great place for relaxing in warm weather with the pool, hot tub and the mini golf area. Great neighborhood close to restaurants, grocery stores, and shopping. ”

“Plenty of space for 6 adults and 6 children (4y-10y). Great backyard for playing and relaxing, plus a nice pool but we didn’t swim due to outings and cool weather (beach towels provided by host). Enjoyed taking walks around quiet neighborhood. Deer are always roaming around and host left food so we could feed them. Plenty of linens, cookware, & dishes. ”

“The house was large, we all had plenty of room to spread out. The location was great, close to HEB and the highway. The property was beautiful, there was plenty of parking, the is a little smoking area on the front porch if anyone smokes, there is a viking double oven in the kitchen that works beautifully and there was ”

“We had a terrific stay - the house is amazingly maintained and clean - with all the amenities (pool noodles, stocked kitchen, loaded game room, lots of clean towels, extra towel racks in every closet, the list goes on). The owners were always available to us and very accommodating and friendly. The home was even decorated for the holidays which made it even more welcoming and homey. Would highly recommend. ”

“Overall we enjoyed our stay at this house - it’s an outdated layout but host managed to make the best out of it. Backyard pool with a sunset view is the highlight. Location is very close to airport. Neighborhood is peaceful but it’s not an aesthetic / upscale location and that may not be obvious from the listing (if that matters to you at all). Host is always available and accommodating.”
