"Check was east and pleasant. I was not expecting a little goodie bag but it was a nice touch. I actually grew up in the area and honestly thought this wasn't a place I would ever stay. I was pleasantly surprised to have a nice stay. I did, however, order a double room and got a single but was in such a hurry to see a family member in the hospital that it wasnt worth beinging it up."

"My room was clean and comfortable and at $82 a night it was a great value! The room had a fridge and microwave, the internet worked and the T.V. had lots of cable channels. There's also a really nice county park with lots of walking and biking trails that's easily accessible from the parking lot of the motel if you want to go get a nice hike or bike in!"

"From the outside, the Snelling makes the Bates Motel look like Disneyland. But actually I am completely satisfied with what I got for what I paid. The room was clean and spacious enough. The bathroom was clean and adequately stocked and the shower worked. There was a fridge and some complimentary bottled water. The office staff is very friendly.
