"Very prompt to clean my room, friendly staffs. 5 min walk to MTR station. Surrounded by food places, room is clean, love the mirrors in the room. Will recommend this hotel."

"Good location with local market surrounding it. Supermarkets, eateries, dessert shops all outside. Although theres the butcher next to hotel, the smell doesnt get into the hotel. Masking will be great. MTR and transport is all close proximity. Hotel doesnt provide much amentities, except for the coffee and tea. Otherwise, a good location and decent room to rest. "

"Like the location of the hotel and the cost of stay, but room is in just fair condition and sometimes I smell cigarette smoke in my room which is supposed to be non-smoking."

"The bartender May was very professional and personable at the same time. Very accommodating service. The lady at the front door bottom of the escalator needs to learn how to smile. She has more of the attitude of a jail warden receiving new prisoners than a friendly welcoming valet. Hotel suffers of the same disease as the Hong Kong does in general: An increase influx of Maitland Chinese both tourists and staff largely uncivilized, unmannered and uneducated."
