"Beautiful place!"

"The property itself was well appointed, but the unit 507 was worn and beat. It really needs updating. There were 2 TVs, but one did not work at all. It was sitting on a dresser in front of a large mirror, so you couldn't use the mirror. Bathroom was very small. Sink in bedroom should be removed, so bathroom could be expanded. The workers were very nice."

"It was a nice and the price was a good deal. The staff were very courteous and helpful. Overall a very comfortable experience. The hotel is showing it's age, some upgrades like painting etc would be good."

"I was disappointed that they were doing maintenance on the indoor lazy river during my stay, but that happens. Other than that I really have nothing to complain about. I will absolutely look at future stays at Avista. Maybe next time I'll look at getting a suite, my partial ocean view was nice especially for the sunset but a full ocean view must be amazing as well. Staff was great. Breakfast at the restaurant was good (especially the home fries!). As a whole, would recommend! "

"There were places in the unit that needed attention; loose ceiling tiles in the bathroom, exposed drywall framing in the bedroom, dead batteries to accent lights in the main sitting area, and tv remotes that appear to be marginally functional. The microwave door doesn’t open very far due to the adjacent fridge being too wide. The hot tub could have been less dirty. And the left side vanity ledge in the bathroom was sloped downward, so items placed there would easily fall off. But the staff...
