Convenient Reasonable Condo
Off hwy 17 but close with easy access and quiet surroundings. Convenient to multiple restaurants and fast food for late night snacks. Very affordable for 4 adults. Up to date interior and appliances.

The Perfect Getaway

A Great Getaway!
We absolutely loved staying Pat's Place! The unit was very clean and cozy. All of your basic amenities are provided. The only thing needed is food and any items of your own that you prefer. We found the bed very comfortable. The unit is close enough to enjoy all North Myrtle has to offer, but far enough off the main roads to be able to enjoy nice quiet evenings on the patio or taking a leisurely walk. The Owners are wonderful to work with as well. They made the process of renting a breeze! We will definitely be back!!

Expectations exceeded!
Great week at this property! It was very clean and nicely decorated. We enjoyed evenings on the screened in porch that has lights strung creating a cozy atmosphere. The pool is steps from this unit and is well maintained and rarely crowded. Perfect for couples and families as this location is centrally located to a variety of restaurants, shopping and the beach! We will definitely be returning!

Home away from Home
Loved this condo! Will definitely return! The amenities are abundant! The pool was clean (never crowded) and well maintained, and the condo was beautifully decorated and updated! It really felt quite homey!! Loved that the linen is included! There were toiletries provided, paper towels, dishwasher detergent, dish detergent, soap and shampoo! The beds were very comfortable, and there were lots of blankets to choose from! There was a beautiful quiet private lanai with an overhead fan for morning coffee. The beach was very close, and parking only $10 per day. Much easier to load the car, and drive to the beach with all the beach paraphernalia than to drag them in the hot summer sun three blocks or more! The condo is within close proximity of all the famous Calabash seafood restaurants as well as other great food choices! The area was not overly crowded and the hosts were great to work with! I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and highly recommend this property!
