Great condo, but beware!
I’m almost too drained of energy to write this- but I must. Pros- condo was clean and the number of pools excellent! Ocean views also amazing. Cons- very poor communication when checking in and in general. We arrived just after 7pm and the gates were already down. GPS had me in an adjacent tower and it took over 30 minutes to get them to contact concierge and have them contact me. It would have been great if I would have had their number to START with. So we were already off to a poor start😡 On our 2nd night the carbon monoxide detector began beeping around midnight. Reset it twice with no luck. Front desk could not help or send maintenance as we did not book through the hotel. I called and left a voicemail (instructed to do so for emergencies) and sent a text. Someone responded via text that they could have someone look at it the next day. I did not respond as at this point I was too irritated to continue to interact with these people. My wonderful husband unplugged the detector wrapped it in a towel and put it out on the balcony. Before we checked out I returned the persistent beeping carbon monoxide detector back to its original place. Love the hotel, but will not be returning with a third-party. Oh one last thing- you have to pay for ice!/ ,

This vacation was a great experience!! The location is perfect! We loved the property and all that it had to offer. The condo was clean and well-stocked. Great views from the balcony and right on the beach. Gorgeous! The communication was wonderful and they were very accommodating. Will definitely stay here again! 😍

We had the best time! The space was amazing. Plenty of room for everyone. The pools and beach were beautiful and quiet. The host was awesome at responding to any questions! I hope we get to go again soon. This will be our first choice when we book our next trip!

We stayed at the property from mid January to near the end of February. We found the condo perfect for what we wanted. The condo is on the 7th floor, near but not next to the elevators. Perfect view of the beach and pool area. Condo was very neat and clean when we arrived and had almost everything we needed for an extended stay.

“Best birthday ever
My grandson’s statement when I asked him about his stay at the condo. Highly recommend for everyone who wants a clean place to stay that is well stocked, and the beds, furniture are very comfortable. Absolutely beautiful views of the pools, ocean and sunrises/sunsets. Melanie made all the difference. She made checking in and out completely hassle free. She quickly responded to any questions we had during our visit. Thank you for making this an incredible opportunity to celebrate.

Very nice Tower condo/apartment!
My sisters and I totally enjoyed the unit. First of all the pictures were in sync with site. The unit was clean and had adequate kitchen ware for cooking or preparing a light meal, if desired. The refrigerator ice-maker did not produce enough ice and may need servicing but overall a great stay! We would definitely book this unit again!
