Needs deep cleaning, paint, and furniture.
Filthy unit with furniture that's falling apart. Mildewed. Stained deck. Sparse kitchen amenities. Scuffed walls. Soot on kitchen ceiling above stove and on chandelier chain. Left a day early.

Property was very nice and we enjoyed our stay. We did have some issue with the toilet in the hall as soon after arrived. Toaster did not work in the unit. Needs a new couch. Not very comfortable to sit and watch TV on. All in all it was a very relaxing experience that was very much needed.

The stay was good - several items that need to be addressed. Dishwasher had to be run twice in order to clean the dishes. Had to add drain cleaner to the tub in master - it would not drain. The tub in the hall was not cleaned well. I killed two bugs in the room the first day - so we sprayed for bugs ourselves. Did not see anything after the first day, but this makes me think it hasn't been cleaned well.

Exactly as described
Enjoyed our stay at Bay Watch. Our unit 1021 was very comfortable and clean. It would have been nice to have ramps leading to the beach off the pool deck, as a person with limited mobility it is a bit difficult to use steps, as it is for pulling items to the beach.

Great stay
The room was spacious. The view was fantastic. And, the hotel staff were kind. My only complaint is the lack of kitchen utensils. We did a lot of cooking in the room due to Covid, so it would have been nice to have more variety of cookware. Otherwise no complaints!

The room was a little dated. Was not the cleanest. The toilets had dried pee and hair on them. Toilet in hall constantly ran. The TV in the living room did not work. Staff was not the friendliest.

Best Beachfront For Your Bucks!
Great Accommodations... Beautiful Beach View from the Balcony. Amazing Location - walk right out onto the beach. Pools & Lazy River were clean & warm. Wish I would have booked a longer stay... this place was awesome!
