"This was our first time in Little Rock. We were there to see the eclipse. We were within walking distance to everything, downtown, brewery's, etc. We were there two nights and did not have to drive anywhere. The accommodations were very nice. We especially enjoyed sitting out front in the evenings."

"Exactly as described. Small cozy little one room apartment with the basics. Had a weeklong training in the area and this was a perfect option for the stay. I liked the location, next to a huge park which was fun to run through. Nice little quiet neighborhood too."

"What a great house find! Patricia&family had wonderful accommodations for an extended stay for my son who was on an intern assignment for the summer. He thoroughly enjoyed his time at the house and all his needs were met with the wonderful furnishings. He enjoyed the scenic locations (hiking and biking) and shopping and restaurants were close&convenient. So thankful and blessed to find this rental and Patricia is a wonderful host!"

"It was confusing figuring out which building to go to. I couldn’t find an elevator so 3 flights with luggage was challenging. Other than that, the location was very close to good food and the Arena "

"It was a good location to get to the shops in SoMa area of Little Rock. I would suggest that the owner put a picture of the outside of the building on the website so you know what you’re looking for. It is a two-story brick building that looks like it was once business, it is not individual family home and the apartment is upstairs. I would also recommend blackout curtains for the front bedrooms so it’s not so bright in those rooms at night due to do the street lights. The owner was very...

"We was in the area for a wedding. The little house was everything we expected and a little more. It was close to the main house but we wouldnt have known other then seeing the house they was quiet and we didnt see anyone "
