"It was a good location to get to the shops in SoMa area of Little Rock. I would suggest that the owner put a picture of the outside of the building on the website so you know what you’re looking for. It is a two-story brick building that looks like it was once business, it is not individual family home and the apartment is upstairs. "We enjoyed our stay, and our dogs did too! The host had just gotten a new couch and loveseat for the living room. Apartment was well-equipped and clean, and very quiet setting. The pond view was wonderful, early the last morning I saw a flock of geese fly off the pond, such a pretty sight. "

He thoroughly enjoyed his time at the house and all his needs were met with the wonderful furnishings. He enjoyed the scenic locations (hiking and biking) and shopping and restaurants were close&convenient. So thankful and blessed to find this rental and Patricia is a wonderful host!"

"Great safe place to stay. Comfy beds but bring an extra pillow. The space was clean and practical for our one night stay. It’s very minimal dishes and linens. There was 1 plate and 2 bowls. Coffee pot but no mugs. And only 1 small highball glass. But it was practical for what we needed a clean safe place to stay for 1 night. Very convenient location for an event at the arena. I would stay here again! "

We were within walking distance to everything, downtown, brewery's, etc. We were there two nights and did not have to drive anywhere. The accommodations were very nice. "House was really pretty. Unfortunately the tenant was home and after calling the landlord, we determined the whole rental was a scam. Neither Vrbo nor I could contact the "host." I had to book a hotel room for $300/night at the very last second... 4 hours after I shouldn't checked-in, but Vrbo insisted that I give it a little more time."

"This is an older home that the owner fixed up to be a vacation rental. Cute house in a cute neighborhood. Wifi and AC worked great. Nice fenced in back yard with a new picnic table. We had issues initially getting in touch with the owner which was stressful but she may be new to VRBO so that may improve over time. There was a sanitation issue but it was something that can be easily remedied so we won't share that here as it may not have been the owner's fault. I would recommend staying here....

"Great stay for travelers. Clean, well maintained property. Bed was comfortable enough and the bedding was super comfy. Small kitchenette with everything you should need if you decide to dine in. Quiet area, but close to downtown. If there was a negative, it would be the tiny (by today's standards) TV, which we unfortunately had more time to watch than planned, as the event we traveled for was canceled. Would recommend and would stay again if in the area."
