"We had a room with river view which was lovely. Air conditioner worked well and also had a fan. Hotel staff extremely helpful and went out of their way to make us feel welcome. Bed comfortable and shower was very good. Breakfast included which we picked off of a menu. First day raining so we had in our room, second day on the roof top which had great view. "Won't recommend stay for family specially with kids. Not really a hotel, a managed guest house which seems like being run in a home/residential area. Hotel name not written anywhere and raise suspicion on how hotel is being run. For the high price I paid for the room, it's not worth at all. Only plus being close to the airport."

"What a gem of a place! Right in the city centre but secluded and very quiet. It’s located in a posh neighbourhood.staff are very friendly and accommodations and go above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. Clean spacious rooms and the whole property resembles a colonial property. Delicious homemade local dishes served in their onsite restaurant. Great WiFi. We spent two nights there and wish we could spend bit longer in Jaipur. Hopefully next time round."

"I was unable to stay in the end due to ill health but did inform the owner twice a day of my hospital status when she assured me she held my room. When I was eventually discharged she told me she gave away my room but could offer me a home stay elsewhere, unseen. I declined and she refused refund despite resellling the room. Really poor business form and honesty. "

"I booked a room for 3769.92 INR but on checking in was charged 5152 INR. I realized I had been overcharged when I was checking out. They told me to take it up with Expedia, so I did. Expedia said they had worked it out with the hotel and would process a refund. Later, however, Expedia sent an email saying that the hotel said I had upgraded my room and so they would not honor the price I booked for. Someone is lying.
