"We loved our stay in Little Italy at the Neighborhood Hotel. We had 2 rooms with each room’s kitchen fully stocked with everything you would need. Great local dining options. Italian deli across the street, great bar, the Embassy, next door! Close to transport/hiways. My only knock on Neighborhood Hotels is the confirmation process left me wondering if I had indeed booked two rooms through Expedia. Only text communication and only after checkin did I get confirmation on second room. "

"Initially we had an issue with access. However, I used the chat function on the Sonder App and had an immediate response with a new access code. They were very helpful. The property had everything we needed for our stay. Ideally positioned for sightseeing. Everything in walking distance. Fabulous breakfast at Goddess & The Bakery next door. "Great property, great apartment, very quite. Apartment was clean and well stocked. Issue was balcony is completely ignored, weather was beautiful and I would have liked to sit out there and enjoy but it was covered in spider webs and spiders. No TV in the bedroom so for me that was a bummer because I watch TV when I go to bed. Overall it was great and very comfortable, would stay again. "

"Hard parking. I had to pay for the parking. I could cook but i didn't There is no ice machine but ice tray. I booked here because i see the lakeview. Unfortunately lake is half mile away from the property. But the building itself secured. Room(apartment) is clean and neat. "

"Suite was immaculate with impressive assortment of amenities including bowl of snacks & bag of ice in the freezer, nice shampoo/conditioner/body wash in shower, dish soap, tabs for dishwasher & laundry detergent for in-suite laundry, sound machine. Full size gas stove & fridge/freezer. They just need to figure out how to configure for a larger bed. "Great location for exploring the city. Right on the blue line. Not great for relaxing-fire station across the street, expressway nearby with frequent honking. Walls are paper thin and you can hear everything from neighbors. No reliable luggage storage. Overall, I definitely recommend it, just don’t stay here if you want something really peaceful and relaxing."
