Great location, terrible hosts
When we got to the house to check in at 4:30, it had not been cleaned. The hosts lied to us saying the cleaner hit traffic. Once the cleaner got to the house , she explained to us she had told the cleaner at 12 she wasn’t going to make it due to car trouble and they refused to find someone else. In addition to being super rude to us, the hosts lied to us about the door code being changed between guests. When they realized they were caught in a lie, the wife got on the phone and was even ruder. They change the sheets but not the comforters. They don’t provide enough towels, toilet paper, trash bags, etc. the kitchen and bathrooms are old and the carpet needs to be replaced. Called VRBO to assist and they couldn’t because it was a third party property manager. Do not recommend.
