"The property was exactly as described, modern luxury studio, beautifully decorated and cosy at the same time. The host welcomed us with a thoughtful bottle of wine and festive chocolates for the season which the kids loved. She had really thought of everything. Thank you for such a lovely space! "The property was really lovely for a couple with a pooch. Small back yard with grass and outdoor furniture and an undercover entertaining area which was perfect for the hot evenings. Everything we needed was at our fingertips and the walk to local shops was 15 mins and walk to beach was 2 min. Perfect travel location to other parts of Port Stephens."

"The property was very well organised and looked after with the convenience of a dishwasher, a washing machine and a dryer. The location in general pretty good, it is close to Coles and there is a pathway for a nature walk down the street. Only issue with the location is that the noise and beats from performances held at the tavern travel all the way to the accommodation so if you are an early sleeper, it might be an issue on the weekend."

"We have stayed many times. Old property , clean and comfortable . Only complaint , bedroom ceiling fan very dirty, would appreciate if it could be cleaned by next year"

The house was spacious and accommodating, with a beautiful view of the countryside and super accessible from the side road. "

"The property is getting a little old but is clean and comfortable with everything you need for a relaxing holiday. The only problem is getting your baggage up the stairs to the second floor."

"Position was perfect, lots of space but some rooms remained very cold, esp. the kitchen and the verandah bedroom."

"The property was clean, apart from the chocolate wrappers under the main bed, no fan in the second bedroom which was very warm. Second bathroom could really do with a permanent shower head which would not be that hard to install. Also air conditioning for the humid weather in the area would not go astray. There were far too many keys (12) for a property that only needed 4. It was like trying for a treasure chest competition to get in."
