"we did late-check-in. but the way that pass the key was really irresponsible and NOT safe, I think. I didnt realize her contact & 24hour contact didn't work, so we took long time to check-in (Guimaraes might be a safe place, but...😥😫) Also "the reception opens at 10am" is too late. the price is really reasonable if guests don't do late-check-in. "

The room was comfortable, clean, bedding fresh, ample towels and room equipped with basics such as shampoo conditioner coffee microwave fridge and basic cutlery. We were on the 6th floor with a balcony which was lovely to sit and watch the activities of the square with a coffee. The balcony was clean with table and chairs.
