"This duplex is very clean and a nice place to stay. There is a 500 security deposit through a separate website that is not listed on the site. We had no problems though. The checkin process is sort of lengthy but you do get access to the externior cameras on the house and access to the alarm system. Overall a great place and would recommend. "

"Be aware that for this price in Miami, you are booking accommodation in an area you need to be careful around, with guests who have any openly admitted history of drug taking and crime. I needed a one night stay in Miami and did not realise that, as a solo traveller/backpacker I felt quite out of place here. Considering this, I had no issues, my roommates were kind and check in was easy."
