"Great hotel all-round!!! Very friendly and helpful staff, specially Leo who was always giving the extra mile with suggestions and follow-ups. They even had complimentary champaign in New Years Eve!!! We had a very spacious and clean king bed suite with all ammenities, 2 tv's, door for privacy and balconies with nice view. Sofabed could be more comfortable and the bathroom was a bit small but with all you need. Just a block from Boston Common and the Public Gardens. Very walkable to places of interest in downtown. Would stay again definitely!!!"
