"Booked a deluxe suite specifically for the photo of an operable window/sliding glass door with juliette balcony, but was informed upon arrival that none of the windows in the hotel open at all. A bit disappointed but mainly wanted clean air, which I got anyway (I travel with air sensors). The transfer fan between the rooms was pretty noisy and annoying, which is why they offer sleep sound machines and earplugs in the room. Overall good, would stay again."
