"Wonderful chalet. Had a great Christmas stay in Beachside Cottage. Big dog safe garden overlooking the dunes. Lovely layout of house. Nice and warm and cosy. Cooked our Christmas dinner in the kitchen. Brought the table in from the conservatory to eat it. Bedroom are a lovely size too. Winterton is very dog friendly. Have stayed in Winterton many times. Would stay again in this chalet "

"So cute and cosy, had everything we needed to cook a Christmas dinner. The owners had decorated for us and left goodies under the tree and in the kitchen, we felt very welcome and spoilt. Even the dog was so well provided for! Thank you so much. "

"Bright, spacious & in a lovely location. Perfect for 2 couples or family of 4. There were chocolates & wine on arrival. Uncertainty about check in details, because I didn't receive the code to the key lock. Luckily the property was unlocked & key was inside.
Issue with guttering kept us awake at night due to heavy rain. The maintenance man attempted to fix it on day 1 & day 2 without success, but since we were only there 3 nights, we didn't bother ringing him on day 3.
Also, nowhere to dry wet...

"A couple of things that we felt should be mentioned for future guests. Parking is very tight, this should have been explained before we arrived late at night to find there was no way we would fit our vehicle in the small space offered, turning space is very limited too.
The cottage is near a pub which seems like it is a locals pub who like to sing karaoke loudly Friday-Sunday, this could be heard when inside without any windows open.

"We had a few family members over for a get-together. The check-in process was very simple and the home was exactly as described. It was clean overall but some of the rooms were dusty. We also found the lack of towels a little inconvenient. Overall, if you’re thinking of staying here then would recommend! "

"Loved the property and the living area and kitchen are bigger than they look in the photos, especially the living area.
The location is close to a lot of lovely places to visit.
The only issue I could see is the parking and I think this should be mentioned in the listing. We have a Qashqai and struggled to get the car far enough off the road to be safe without going into the ditch although it was very wet weather and the verge was very muddy. Also you wouldn't be able to have more than one car...

"Stayed at Two Cottages with my family and friends were at One Cottages! Our Cottage was really distinctive and both tasteful and comfortable plus the location right next to the beach was a real bonus. We were only there for a 4 day/night break but it felt a lot longer and James the owner was there to welcome us and was on hand if there was anything we needed (thanks James). Would definitely recommend to anyone thinking of booking!"

"This place is outstanding. It’s a lovely location in a quiet village a few minutes walk away to the shop and pub and within minutes your in the countryside exploring the WWII history on offer.
It’s very quiet and safe and free parking right outside the door. The cottage is very nice and is a mixture of modern bits mixed with old but has a very well stocked kitchen, a large comfy living area, a down stairs bathroom and toilet and two upstairs bedrooms. I will definitely be back."

"Great little cottage.Struggled to find the key holders building as the sign is small, it was dark and very busy. The company with them Arnold Keys had a big sign that I did notice on the way in and would have helped to look for that.Had a problem with the shower and it was a new plug it needed and was sorted in couple of hours. Great location "

"We had a one night stay as we was visiting Norwich. We have stayed before and found the hotel very nice. We did'nt book breakfast on this stay as we feel breakfast does let them down in this area. We did use the bar area on arrival for a couple of drinks before going back to our room to get ready for our evening out. We love the old look bar which resembles a pub. It could do with being staffed more "

"This hotel is great , ive stayed here numerous times due to work. All staff are extremely helpful and friendly, the pool and spa really are a added bonus. The rooms are clean,warm and have a fridge which is good when you are staying all week. The car park is big enough so never struggled to park my van. The only issue I have had is due to the allowance i have for working away there are times when i have had to find other accommodation due to the price fluctuating, if it wasnt for that then myself and others would probably be here constantly for the next 2 years. "

"Staying away for work for 1-night. Room comfortable, ensuite was small. Went to use the pool but it was very small and very busy, so didn't bother. I was in room 311, which was at the start of the corridor, so later in evening there was an amount of noise outside room with others returning to their rooms. Staff very pleasant and helpful. Got parked in car park close to main entrance. Walked to a nearby pub for dinner. All in all a pleasant stay"
