"The check in process was too much, we arrived early, was not able to start the check in process until the time of check in at 3, it took over 30 minutes to check in after traveling all day to get to this location, walking in the rain and all of us being soaked and waiting so long to get out of our wet clothes. "The hotel room as just as advertised with no hidden surprises. This hotel is self check-in, and despite being my first time as such it was no hassle at all. All the information you need is sent to you weeks prior to arrival. The room itself was clean and spacious and housed the three of us well. "I liked the ease of arrival and easy access to our room. I like the close by walking distance to various restaurants and subway stops. I didnt like the steps.goijg into our.room. it goes up and then down Because it was late at night, i had triped 3 times and fell down badly. My dad also tripped twice and fell as well. "As an ugly American looking for a “budget hotel” I was blown away at how NICE this place was! I wasn’t sure if I was in the right place at first; marble floors, glass walls, high ceilings, staff in blazers n ties…not all dirty and decrepit like you’d expect at a Motel 6 in the states (same price) . Excellent room, extremely well- laid out efficiency room- the small bathroom was PERFECT. I don’t need a bunch of wasted space and it was so convenient and made so much sense, I was amazed (well, not really- Americans are idiots). Comfortable bedding, tv and desk area was perfect, it was awesome. Cannot recommend any higher. "
