"The staff went above and beyond to help us on our check-in and check-out days as we stayed during off season with no car, we felt super welcomed. The condo was much larger than we expected (for Japanese standards), and we loved that it had a stocked kitchen and in-unit laundry. The smart TV was also a perk. "Another wonderful experience. We ventured back to Niseko this year and Hinode Hills was our automatic choice. We loved our experience so much in 2022 that we invited another family along and they stayed in two 1-Bedroom apartments. It was great to see Selena and Novita again this year, it was also meet new staff in Natasha, Olivia and many other friendly and helpful faces. They did everything in their power to assist. "

"Service was excellent and l was very well looked after. I was given free pickup to and from the train station. Breakfast was good too even though l was the only person having breakfast that day. Room was basic but comfortable. It's a pity the location was a little far from niseko village and there is no way of getting there in the summer. "The townhome was nice. Very clean and the reception desk & staff were extremely helpful & very timely when we called. Spacious home, heated floors very cozy. The shuttle service was good however being that it’s a little out of the city it would be more convenient to have a rental car. Wonderful & relaxing family holiday. The kitchen was also well equipped for cooking and staying in. "

"Communication with Banff was very good. Room was everything I could have expected, having our own bathroom and bath was a bonus.
