"Great location, convenient for Yokohama attractions and for travel to Tokyo and other places like Kamakura and Enoshima. Hotel was extremely busy when I was there with many guests checking in and out at New Year but the staff were unfailingly helpful, prefessional and courteous - they really impressed me. APA rooms are *small* - to me that is the only significant drawback to the chain but you should be aware of it before booking. In all other respects they are a fine hotel."

"We chose this hotel because it was a stone-throw away from K-Arena, where Charlie Puth was playing. What a beautiful hotel, kind staff, spacious room, and delicious breakfast. Everything about our stay was perfect. And I was able to pick up my concert tickets from the front desk. Wonderful experience.
