“3bedroom home in a quiet neighborhood in Spokane central to just about anything. Washer dryer was nice! Hardwood floors, small kitchen, huge flat screen TV, even a good backyard with privacy fencing but because of the time of year we stayed we didn’t use much. Hot tub made relaxing easy!!”

“Was a great location for what I needed and the house was as described. I did have to ask for check in instructions after my check in time but the owner quickly responded. I was in town for a medical procedure and we got about 6” of snow and I did think it was odd that the steps and walks weren’t cleared but aside from that I had a good stay and would stay again if I had to travel back to Spokane. ”

“This house was such a pleasure to stay at. It was beyond equipped for everything you would need from dishes to spices to even fabric softener. The location was quiet and convenient to a lot of different places in Spokane. The house was very charming, clean and had a beautiful backyard. We really loved our stay here and appreciate the host’s clear instructions and communication. You can tell she really cared about her guests, even leaving a goodie bag for us.”

“We enjoyed our time with the location to parks and the city. We prefer staying on the hill when in Spokane, this was perfect for us. I love the hall ceiling lights cover and of course front door stained glass. ”

“Perfect location. Quiet. Great information from host. So much to do in area and in city of Spokane ”

“I selected this house because we were traveling with a dog and needed a spot that was pet friendly. But that’s not the only reason to stay here. It was very clean; no signs of previous pet guests. Location is as advertised. Park is close for a walk, but need to be aware crossing the busy streets. Don’t send young kids by themselves. Neighborhood is good for walking with a couple places (coffee/restaurant) close enough to walk to.Not an issue for us, but be aware that the stairs are old and there……

“Small 2 bedroom, probably best for quick trip in and out of Spokane or a spot if you are in town for contract work. The location was conveniently located and the street was quite. Parking is a bit cramped but it does exist. The steps can be tricky to navigate with luggage and the ceilings are quite low. Over all everything worked in the apartment and I felt comfortable.”
