"Fantastic 3 day stay. Myself, husband, 2 daughters, 2 son in laws and 4 grandchildren ranging from 1 to 7. 10 people total. The pool was a big hit, lots of pool toys, towels and lifejackets. The house was well stocked, clean and easy entry. Communication was very prompt and friendly. Lots of extra blankets and pillows. Also extra heaters for the downstairs were provided as it was a bit chilly for the little ones. Owners were very gracious with a few requests we had. We would definitely stay...

"Nice, clean place to stay in central location close to shopping and restaurants. Greet for dogs! House is well appointed with everything you need. "

"I stayed here with my Son and Daughter-in-law, my experience was a wonderful one. The cottage is very charming, very clean, and cozy. The owners are wonderful, very accommodating and enjoyed when they hung out with us at the pool. This is a 10 out of 10 top notch place in my opinion, and I will be returning in the future. 🥰❤️"

"We stayed in the Ohio Cottage from December 23-28. The house was well appointed and very clean. Beds were comfortable and bedding was very nice. The common rooms were small, but comfortable. The owners provided a beautiful Christmas tree for our family and it was appreciated.The owner, Elliott, was responsive to questions thru text messages. The location is ideal with a short walk to the Riverwalk and downtown."

"Our 2nd stay and def will return; could use more kitchen plates, bowls, etc a blender would be great and a grill would be awesome!! But those are extras and did not influence our review as we knew what to expect. Mostly clean; shower curtain liners need replaced or cleaned. Other than that we do like the house location and comfort features. "

"This rental is awesome. Extremely clean. Baby friendly with baby monitor and play pin included !!! Large bedrooms and huge theater room. Also Sound insalation is fantastic. Had the theater full volume, close one door and cant here a thing from the other room. Great for all ages."

This property was very centrally located to all our activities and we were delighted to find this property in a wonderful neighborhood! We took a couple walks and felt safe and welcome. There was a great little old school video game machine that or boys sure enjoyed exploring. All in all we had a wonderful experience and I HIGHLY recommend!! "

"A short getaway to relax and enjoy nature with friends. Loved walking through the trees behind the house. The spa was nice even though it was cold outside, and the overhead cover was good because of the rain. One bummer was the fireplace is not part of the deal anymore. Even though it's not a real fireplace, it would have been nice for the ambiance and cold days. Property manager responded promptly to our messages."

Our family spent a couple of days here before a funeral, and it was really nice to have that quality time together in such a beautiful and serene setting.
