「Terrible experience. Terrible customer care. The hotel was shut and they refused to refund me. We (my wife and my 4 year old child) arrived at the location and the gate was shut. The nice lady who was at the hotel (we were unable to speak to her in the local language) did not let us through the gate then called someone who told me that the hotel was under refurbishment hence shut. He actually suggested us to book an hotel nearby. I called the German number associated with the hotel and another...

「ホテルがクローズしていた。 トゥクトゥクで、場所を探してもらったが、場所が見つからず、電話すると、クローズしたと言われた。そんなことは、ありえるのか、とびっくり。せめて、宿泊前に教えて欲しかった。 こんなホテルが、まだ掲載されていること事態が腹立たしい。 返金はされるようだが、当日、このホテルを探した時間、別のホテルを予約し直さなければいけなかった負担や無駄な時間を思い出すと、何度も腹がたってくる」

「Fantastic retreat/stay, room and amenities were great. Rotating menu for dinner was a nice touch for guests staying more than 1-2 nights. add on trips were fun, but could have stayed in the room the whole time as well.」
