This property is so cute. Rooms are not large but we were never in there only to sleep. The location is excellent! So close to everything such a central location! Would definitely recommend to everyone.

Lovely hotel on the 3rd floor of an older building. The room was renovated and although small, it was fine. We enjoyed the location, near shopping and old Nice.

I found the hotel check in to be easy and the instructions provided easy to follow. It's centrally located and a short walk from Nice Ville train station and a tram station. The room was small but well furnished and contained everything we needed for a weekend break. I would have no hesitation in recommending the hotel. The only thing I would mention is that it is located on the third floor and the lift is small - only enough room for two people.

Excellent location. Very friendly and helpful staff. Clean and well equipped. It worked for us. We enjoyed iur stay. Be advised that due to its location that it could be a bit noisy at times ... but that's expected.

The hotel has a great location close to the sea and in close walking distance from lots of lovely restaurants. Easy to get to from the airport and easy to get to the train station. The room was very clean and the staff were amazing. The room was, however, very small and quite noisy. I was woken early morning by the noise outside and the neighbouring room having a shower. 2 people trying to get changed was difficult. Very good value and ideal for a short trip to see friends and go out.

We loved our stay at this little boutique hotel nestled into the heart of Nice. The rooms are quite small, but this was perfect for us. Would recommend to any solo or couple travellers.

Our room had a balcony and two windows! Which was awesome to experience the great weather. Everyone at the front desk was always very friendly, nice enough to give advice for tourists like us and very flexible (with leaving luggage there before check in, etc). The location is right in the middle of all the action! Highly recommend!

Lovely stay in central Nice
Great boutique hotel perfectly located in the centre of Nice. Our room had a small balcony which was a bonus. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The only thing to be mindful of is that the street outside can be quite loud during the night, but nothing that some earplugs can't fix.

Central location, rooms are above shops but pretty quiet esp if you have a room facing a side street. It was 36 Euros in a taxi from airport to the apartment, although the meter displayed 32 euros!! Not a hotel as such but sep 9 rooms within the building, all mod cons available incl fridge,kettle, hairdryer, air con, fresh towels etc. Staff available at sporadic times on a reception desk if we required anything- v helpful. Only negative issue is that, although the staff sent us 2 text messages enquiring what time we will arrive,which we told them, but no one was there to check us in & we had to text ( as we were sat on the door step ) & then telephone them !! Luckily someone walked into the building, as you need a fob, & we followed them so then waited at the reception door & tele the staff- too hot to sit outside on the step. We then received the code to the door, let ourselves in & un packed as the manager was “ at the bank”!!
