「Really great place. It's just opened so everything is new and the environment cosy. Location is good and the promotional price I paid was excellent value with included breakfast and a nice 5-bed shared room with a decent bathroom. The WiFi was good and a coffee was a reasonable 35 as were beers at 50. Breakfast was included too and was decent also. 「Booked a standard room with air con via Hotels.com, but upon arrival, we were given a room without AC & were forced to pay $20 for something we had already paid for. The owner refused to correct the issue &was extremely rude. Despite clear advertising, the issue was not resolved. Instead, the owner responded with this dismissive reply: "you booked a private room without AC, you can check also you email confirmation of the room that you booked, also you can check on you right of this chat that...
