2nd floor apartment, 5 minute drive to Niagara Falls, NY & 5 minute drive to Rainbow Bridge Canada. Enjoy Maid of the Mist, Cave of the Winds and The Outlets of Niagara Falls, all are 2 miles from our home and we are in the heart of Little Italy! Free parking. Walk, bike or trolley to many restaurants! The Como Restaurant is steps away as well as several casual diners, fast food restaurants and one of the best pizza parlors in NY, LaHacienda!! We have everything you'll need within 2 miles of our home. Minutes to ALL Niagara Falls! Welcome traveling medical personnel! Very close to Niagara Falls Memorial Hospital (3 minutes) and Mount St. Mary's Hospital (11 minutes). We are known for our beautiful hiking parks, museums for adults and children, beach, fishing, Aquarium, Old Fort Niagara, Buffalo Zoo, wineries, breweries, foodies, festivals, Herschel Carousel, chocolate factory, kayaking, jet boats, Maid of the Mist, Cave of the Winds, Lockport Locks, and ziplining. Walk over the bridge to get there faster than driving. This is a vacation to be made for everyone! We offer a loyalty program to returning guests.
We are a keyless self-check-in with blazing fast wifi apartment that is super clean with central air and heat to provide ultimate comfort. We sourced local art, midcentury modern furnishings, spa like towels, & linens for a perfect stay. Having lived in Niagara Falls over 3 decades, we'll provide you with insider's tips to make your stay that much more enjoyable!!
Extra sleeping pillows and blankets are provided as well as a rollaway bed (ask for the rollaway or pak n play in advance).

The neighborhood is a typical tourist city and Niagara Falls as a whole, is a very poor city. Neighbors respect one another. Downtown area of Niagara Falls has its issues, but our area is quiet and everyone respects each other's privacy and respects one another. We have owned our home for 40 years and have made many wonderful memories as has our guests. If you are looking for a glamorous place, our home is not for you. Our hardwood floors are old and creak, so we ask that shoes not be worn inside to help reduce noise. We have purposely decorated using midcentury modern furniture to match the era of our home. Our place is clean and quiet. We have new appliances, mattresses, carpet, and use high end linens. We want you to feel comfortable in our home and make wonderful memories. Please be our guest!

We stayed here and it was a cozy place for me and my husband. It was very secure. It was a very nice get away for us for our honeymoon. I would stay here again. The house was nice neighbors seemed friendly they would wave to us asking how we were doing. The neighborhood itself could use a little more updating but had absolutely nothing to do with the home itself. We will be visiting again in the future and hope we will have the chance to rent the place out again.

Good stay!
The property was very clean and a great size for my husband and I. It was very close to Niagara Falls and some of the other local attractions we stopped at (Underground Railroad Museum & Village Bake Shop in Lewiston). Host was very easy to communicate with via messaging. The board games in the property were fun and we enjoyed playing some of those in the evening.

Wonderful weekend right next to Niagara Falls
My partner and I stayed the weekend here and we enjoyed our time so much. It is located in Little Italy which is about a 10 minute drive to the falls. It is also very close to many great restaurants. The home was very quiet, clean, and had a very comfortable bed (which is not the case in most other places!). It was easy to find and access with two layers of security and out-door cameras to ensure residential safety. Furthermore, Lori was quick to respond to any questions we had and gave plenty of recommendations for things to do/see/eat in the area. We will absolutely rent again when we have the chance to visit Niagara Falls!

Highly recommend
My husband and I needed a small vacation to celebrate a few accomplishments over the last two months. This place had an uncanny quaintness to it. It was quiet and the neighbors were just as friendly as they are in North Carolina. It was a 6 minute drive to the Falls from the house, 15 minutes to the shopping mall, and about 15 minutes to Lewiston, NY (make time to visit this beautiful town). The host reached out proactively, responded real-time, and was more than accommodating. This is where we’ll stay when we come back with our now 2 yr old.

A nice, clean place to stay
The apartment was a nice, clean place to stay. Closely located to Niagra State Park. Getting a Lyft ride was no problem from the apartment to the downtown area (parking downtown is a nightmare). I would recommend staying here.

A nice little apartment in Niagra Falls
This cute little apartment provided everything we needed during our stay in Niagra Falls. The owners were responsive and provided all the information, answers and help with our questions and issues. The is an upstairs unit in a home accessed by a side door. A washer and dryer are available in the basement. The neighborhood is older and a bit tired and rundown. There are many empty and abandoned buildings nearby. We were cautious; however, we did not feel unsafe during our stay..

Clean, well kept upstairs apartment in older part of town
The property is well maintained and was very clean. We loved out stay here. The biggest draw back is that because it is in the older part of town there is not alot of places that one might want to go within walking distance. BUT if you don't mind driving it's a great place to stay. We had initially thought we might take the time to walk but we ended up renting a car and it was good we did. Niagara Falls is a must see and this rental helped make it more affordable!

Clean and comfortable apartment close to Niagara Falls
We had a positive experience staying here! Pros: -spotlessly clean! -close drive to Niagara Falls and the Canadian border/Rainbow Bridge -full kitchen -safe (multiple locks and RING doorbell) -laundry access -easy keypad entry -backyard w/ patio furniture -snacks/coffee grounds supplied -tourist pamphlets and guides supplied -easy parking -Lori was very responsive via VRBO messages before and during our stay -The blankets were the softest blankets I've every felt. Cons: -not walkable to restaurants/activities -apartment lacks cleaning supplies for guests to clean the apartment ourselves -smaller-sized TV -kitchen pots/pans are not the best quality -firm couch -the AC unit is in the bedroom window, so in the summer months, it might get hot in the living room/kitchen. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and are happy that we chose this apartment!

Perfect!!!
My husband and I came for the falls, this location was perfect. We even drove over to Canada and it only took us 10 min to get back to Lori’s place. Neighborhood was fine, rented a car & always had a place to park on the road. Lori was super helpful with communicating & telling us exactly how to check in/ check out and gave us tips for where to go. The size is perfect, so nice and clean; felt safe the entire time. Perfect place!

Accomodating hostess and decent place to stay
Lori was fantastic, accommodating and informative as we were preparing for our trip. Due to my own mistake, we needed to move from the downstairs apartment to the upstairs apartment and Lori helped make that change possible. When we arrived, I was fairly certain the upstairs would be too small and cramped but I was wrong. It was a good size and worked for my wife and me. On the good side: 1) Nice size 2) Basket of snack/condiments available 3) Games to play on our down time On the minus side there were some issues: 1) There was a single window AC in BR only – It was noisy and ineffective in cooling the living room. If you don't like a lot of white noise while you sleep, this could be a problem or if you want to spend a lot of time in the hot living room. 2) On leaving, we were expected to start 2 loads of wash (bed linens and towels). This was not a big deal but odd 3) My wife was blow drying her hair in the bathroom while the window AC was running. This tripped the circuit breaker in the basement. I was about to call the owner when I thought I should just take a quick look in the basement. Quickly found the breaker panel and the offending breaker and reset it. NOTE - you cannot run the hair dryer and AC unit at the same time. 4) The cushions on the living room couch were hard and not very comfortable 5) There were only a few 3-pronged outlets so I had to go searching for an outlet to charge my laptop 6) The selection of TV channels was abysmal and difficult to discern.

Great unit and great owners
The unit was very nice and clean and close to everything we wanted to do. The owners were amazing in their help and suggestions to make our stay a memorable one. They were also very responsive when needed. Couldn’t have asked for a better stay in Niagara Falls!
