"The city view that I upgraded to was pointless. It wasn’t a great view but nice to have a balcony. We had an issue with the tv being “restarted” in the morning that blocked us from watching tv for about 2 hours, but apparently was normal for it to do that. Lastly, my biggest issue with the hotel was the phone service when calling in prior to my check in. Had to call 3 times to finally get through to someone. "

"The front desk attendant was super friendly! The room was amazing and clean! The shower was my favorite part. The room was spacious for it be a standard king room. The casino was awesome! We went during Christmas time so the decorations were beautiful! "

"We are here for a medical appointment. Crazy trip into Phillie but the stag here is phenomenal! Only issue is parking. I chose not to have valet parking but now have unanswered questions on how to pay for the parking at the lot when we leave. Wish the staff had mentioned at checkin the actual cost of valet parking and all the benefits. "
