Ended not getting what I booked well over a month ago because they don’t bother to “check inventory” of the rooms for the properties. The girl at the front desk was so nice and was in a crappy situation because of hotels.com. Hilton was great, no gripes with them. Hotels.com sucks and I am going to tell everyone I know to not use their services."
