Beautiful spacious home close to beach
There are so many things that we love about this house. We love the separate bedroom and bathroom area on the first level. We love that there’s a working washer and dryer. We love that there was plenty of coffee, some spices, salt and pepper, and other kitchen implements to make our stay easy. We especially like that there was a hot pot to heat up water for tea. The balcony was a beautiful place to sit and look out over the green area outside. It was close to everything especially the beach. We will definitely return and stay there again as we travel to Newport quite often.

Great space for whole family
3 bedrooms and 3 baths very accommodating for everyone to have space. Plenty of beach toys, chairs and towels. Great view of the park. Plenty of restaurants within walking distance. Comfortable beds. Our only disappointment was the uncomfortable sofa in the living room.

My sister and I stayed for a few days to go to a wedding and reconnect with relatives and visit our old stomping grounds. We grew up in Orange County and frequented Newport Beach as kids. The condo was immaculately clean, well supplied with everything we needed, and conveniently located. Our only regret was that we didnt have more time to spend there. Great hosts!!!

Perfect fit
This property was a perfect fit for our family. We have one adult son who stayed with us in the downstairs ensuite and we had the upstairs ensuite. Having the extra parking for when visitors came by was ideal and enjoyed a game of bocce in the park adjacent to the rental. Short walk to the beach. If we come again we will stay here again.

Good location.
I liked the place overall. The set up worked well for 4 adults and having a lower bedroom. The garage door was a bit of a pain. You had to go inside to open it. Parking was limited. The driveway is short and doesn’t actually fit a car. The coffee maker is inexpensive and old. There are enough plates etc for a family. The sofa was not comfortable. The beds were comfortable. Nice to have 3 bedrooms and 3 baths. The beach is a short walk so that is nice too. Its clean and there are lots of bath towels

Beautiful, Comfortable spot
We loved it here. We were traveling as a group for an Underwater Torpedo League tournament, and wanted to be close to the beach, and this delivered. The beds and couches were all comfortable, the park outside was such a perk, the place was spotless and allowed everyone to have their own space. I especially appreciated the number of fans provided, so nobody went without and there was plenty of white noise so people could keep sleeping. The boogie boards were a bonus!

Great location, comfortable stay
This property is in an excellent location - within walking distance to the beach and across from a nice community park. There are a handful of restaurants within waking distance, and 0.6m from grocery stores and the busy restaurant area. The neighborhood is quiet. The unit has nice furnishings and comfortable beds. We enjoyed the balcony and patio. The kitchen was nicely stocked. It is nice that they have things like water filtering, trash bags and laundry detergent. We bought our own shampoo/conditioner as the ones provided were really limited. There are a lot of beach equipment- chairs, towel, boogie boards, kayaks. There is a gas barbecue. We stayed in July during a heatwave. The unit has no AC, but many fans. Given its proximity to the beach, the indoor temperature was about 75- 80 during our stay which was manageable.

Well-appointed home in a convenient & safe location with very responsive mgmt team
Had a great stay at this home- the home is walking distance from the beach and has everything you need to spend quality time at the beach. Very professional and responsive mgmt team - was very responsive over SMS or call . There is a kids and dog park right in front. And the neighborhood is very quiet. The house has a variety of fans, for hotter days. Overall a great place to stay, whether you are going to the beach or spend time at Costa Mesa or Orange County/Anaheim

Asume nothing! Horrid.
I can't believe it! No air conditioning, no accurate description of accesability, the "fans" that were supposed to cure the issue just moved hot humid air around. Take EVERYTHING you'll need the kitchen has nothing but Himalayan salt. Eventhough description said it was a basic pantry. My Disabled Vietnam era Veteran was unable to get to dining or living area. Walk in showers had a 6+ inch step over.

Great location - lots of room
The location of the unit cannot very beat. Was not clear initially that the unit was accessed off an alley. Very typical of locations on the peninsula, but we were unfamiliar……so would’ve been more of a challenge if arriving at night. Unit has spacious bedrooms and kitchen is stocked with everything needed. Loved the ability to walk to the beach but also be close to PCH to get elsewhere. Thanks for a great week!
