「One of the better hostels in LA. Prompt response from host. Easy check-in as long as you upload ID. Mostly clean expect the fl of female dorm bathroom. Only one bathroom for female dorm. Nice, well-stocked kitchen w/several pots, utensils etc. Only an uncomfortable bench available for indoor seating. Can't sit on the patio chairs in the back b/c of discarded cigarettes all over the ground & guests throw things from patio. Mostly long-term residents there. Wifi not the best.」

「This is a house still under renovation, everywhere is a mass, the kitchen roof is leaking, others rooms are still under construction, full of garbage in the yard and unfinished rooms, you can see workers in daytime and feel not safe, this lead to dirty on the floor, our rooms are also not clean, with holes one the bed sheet evenI cannot believe it can be rented if the description is true!the worst rental experience I have!」
