First, staff isn’t friendly, welcoming and we had a few issues with the receptionist misinformation us. One of them told us that the restaurant was closed during lunch but we clearly saw people eating. After having asked the waiter, there was no closing whatsoever.
Very annoying as we lost one hour of waiting for nothing and looked like she didn’t want us there, we told her earlier in the morning (7am) that we wanted to eat for lunch just before our flight.
When asking for a cab to the airport, the same women, told us not to stress about timing, mentioning no traffic and so on, while having and international flight we actually almost missed it due to her carelessness to order a cab when we asked for it. Even the bellman told her to hurry.
Secondly, issue with the hot water 2 times in a row very early in the morning. And then I saw a disturbing “booger” on my bathrobe when I came back in to my room late in the evening.
Nevertheless, it was a pleasant stay, breakfast in bed was ok nothing crazy.. mocktails at the bar too.. too bad.
