It was clean & nice Lobby. Nothing really special for the price. A bit bigger than the last hotel I was in NY. What I didn't like was there was no coffee or kettle in room. How hard is it to put that in a room? Plus, not very secure, as you could just walk up to your room & didn't need room key to access the elevator. I the morning there was a lady wandering the halls & tried to walk into my room as I was exiting. I feel not needing your key to use the elevator ensures random people off the street can't come up to the room hallways.

An excellent hotel. Central location and amazing staff. The hotel is centrally located around a plethora of dining, shopping and cocktails options. Every single staff member is excellent!!! This was my 5th stay at the Nolitan and it was just as perfect as the first 4 times. We were greeted upon arrival by the friendliest staff. Our room was clean and comfortable. Easy to walk to several shops and restaurants. Directly across the street from one of our favorites The Butchers Daughter and not far from Shoo Shoo Nolita. If you are an early bird like me you can walk directly across the street and grab a coffee at the convenient store 24/7. Perfect location for all!!

We stay at the Nolitan often. We love the location and the rooms are a good size and comfortable. It felt a little worn this time though, in need of a coat of paint and some small repairs. Majority of staff is very friendly and helpful. Weekend staff seemed a bit aloof.

Location, location, location. The Nolitan is the perfect location. This is our second stay at the Nolitan and we would have to say we felt this stay was lacking. The room needs serious upgrades, ripped carpets, non working lights, spotty WiFi. Cracked floor tiles and the pillows/bed were less than comfortable. Front desk staff and kind/attentive. If you are looking for a hotel for a short stay within walking distance to Little Italy this is the perfect location. However for the price point we would not return unless we knew the rooms were improved.
