Great hotel that did all the basic functions really well. A slight not crucial observation is that the rooms were slightly dated. This is however not a biggy. The hotel is located very centrally in the city which was far more important for me

Mercedes was WONDERFUL! Helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. Helped us get around the area. Gave us great information about places to eat and shop. Had room 3007 on 30th floor. Perfect view. Room was on the smaller size but perfect for 2 people with 5 suitcases/bags. Water was HOT! and stayed hot for the whole shower. Very good water pressure. Elevators were in good working order. Hotel is in a phenomenal location. A few steps from Harold Square. Macys almost across the street. Multiple food vendors. Joseph on the corner of 35th and 6th Ave/ Avenue of the Americas, in front of Urban Outfitters. Halal cart serving the BEST!! Lamb Gyro. Open until 4 am. If you’re looking for a great hotel, conveniently located, clean, comfortable and friendly staff. Stay here.

The front desk staff was amazing!! They arranged our early morning car to the airport so we didn’t have to stress about getting the “right” transportation. The hotel was extremely convenient to using the NYC subway system too!
