Stay somewhere else
I would not recommend staying here. Here is my honest review:1. Host communicated- Horrible. I had to work with VRBO customer service to get responses.2. The air conditioner does not work3. The listing states that this apartment sleeps 6. This is not the case. There is one queen bed in the bedroom and the sofa in the living room is not a pull out bed. It is an uncomfortable box spring couch that the back reclines. It is not a bed.4. The wood floors are in need of repair and creak when walking around.5. The only plus is the location. For noisy Manhattan, it was relatively quiet at night allowing us to sleep.

Excellent location excellent host a little late on check-in instructions
We absolutely truly enjoyed our stay over this past weekend!! The place was a little smaller than expected, but again it is NYC!! The host was extremely communicative, but a little late on communicating with me on instructions for check-in.So my only recommendation is that the host let the person know at least a few days in advance check-in instructions. Other than that, we truly enjoyed ourselves and the host completely communicated with us every day and consistently asked us if we needed anything else and how our trip was going.All in all great trip!! Will definitely use this renter again!!

A great location
This condo is in a great location. Near Penn station and several subway stops. We always walked and my sister and I are 75 and older. A deli half a block away and a convenience store we could stop at on the way home. Quiet. Safe. Perfect for what we wanted.

We weren't able to use the unit. There was NO communication prior to our planned arrival. Check in was at 3 and I got a text at 3:33 saying "We had a problem at the listing. Would you be able to check in tomorrow in case it's not fixed." I replied "no, our plane lands there this evening," and didn't hear back again till 8:30 pm. I had texted and called in between without any luck.
