We paid $100 for shorts at check-in and they informed us at check-out that the amount would be refunded to the card within 7 business days. It's been 11 business days and it hasn't happened. I sent a message via Expedia chat and they didn't respond. Regarding the hotel: clean, organized and attentive staff. The photos represent its structure and organization well. We stayed for 15 days and the location of the hotel ended up being a problem. 1. It is 15 minutes from the metro stations and 11 from the buses. I know it seems like little, but at the end of the day it feels like 30 minutes. 2. There is a social assistance center on the way to line 7 (I don't recommend it at night). 3. It's better to eat before arriving at the hotel, as there isn't one nearby (just the hotel's mini market). In the hotel lobby there is coffee, water, hot water, plastic cutlery, cups, napkins, milk and sugar. This combined with the room's minibar can be an incentive to buy meals in markets.
