Excellent location but otherwise disappointing
The location is excellent, close to all the major attractions. No checkin instructions provided beforehand, had to contact host as we were arriving in the city. No wifi instructions provided beforehand or in the room. No checkout instructions provided. Room and bathroom had a lot of black hair on the floor, clearly not cleaned properly. Bathroom didn't have sufficient towels for two people and a very dirty foot towel for when out of the shower. There was no hairdryer. Hot water in the bathroom didn't work most of the time so took a few cold showers. Heating not working well in the room and couldn't control it, was either too hot or too cold (no instructions provided). Room didn't have blinds on the left side, so little privacy. People in the building across could see everything.
