The apartment is located at the garden-level of a historic brownstone built in the 1890's. It has been fully upgraded to have all the elements of modern comfort like Central AC, washer/dryer, and lots of closet space! There is a relaxing living room which include a sectional couch, coffee table, smart TV (no cable but Netflix and other apps available), magazines and board games. The kitchen/dining area should have everything needed to enjoy a nice meal, from chef's knives to stainless steel appliances! You'll also find lots of books, including "Secret Brooklyn" an unusual guidebook I wrote! The guest bedroom faces the garden and is therefore very quiet. You’ll enjoy watching the squirrels and listening to the occasional cardinals! Everything in the apartment is available to guests I give my guests some privacy, and am always available for them should they have any questions I can help with Subway: - 2, 3, 4, 5, S, A and C trains to Franklin Ave - 4, 5 trains are express and take you to Barclays Center in 1 stop, and to Manhattan in 4 stops CitiBike (Bike Sharing): Station on our street at the end of the block Car: Free street parking.
