Great spot 5 mins from Bryant Park - easy walking to everywhere without being right in Time Square. Bang in middle of East and West! Room was great - small but good bathroom. Rooftop bar fab and drinks in lobby a nice touch, especially morning coffee. Great value.

LOVED our stay! Complimentary water, caramels and slippers in addition to suggested reads (books were on a shelf) were really cool! The staff was very friendly and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was a pleasant one! I even got suggestions on where to go (Bryant Park Christmas Village) since it was during holiday season! The room itself had a great view of the Empire State Building too with great shampoo and body wash options! 10 Stars if I could give it and we certainly will be back here soon!

Great location and amenities. Staff were lovely generally except the person who checked us in. Unfortunately, our first impression of the hotel was tainted by how condescending he was! We booked a room that was apparently for three adults but it was much too small. The beds were small doubles, there was a single wardrobe with not nearly enough room to put our clothes. We were booked for a week. We had to use the draws under the beds to put our things in which wasn’t great. The room was set up for two adults, not three and when I spoke to the manager about this his only solution was that I book another single room for the discounted price of $2700! Apart from that, we had a fabulous time!

The property is very clean, the beds are comfortable. The staff are exceptional and provided excellent customer service in all areas of the hotel. I will definitely return to The Archer next time I visit New York.
