"location is great!! Just wished the units had AC. Even though is located in the mountains it was very hot and hard to cool it down"

"Super friendly staff, went above and beyond, but unfortunately they were extremely short staffed. Each person was doing the work of 2 people and spread very thin. Our master bedroom was EXTREMELY loud. I literally slept maybe 4 hrs each night. Something outside was slamming into the side of the building when the wind blew and when it stopped slamming, something else would squeak. "

"The hotel and the grounds were nice great location. The room needed a few things to be fixed, the soaking tub did not hold water, bathroom door did not have a working lock, TV and DVD player in the living room did not function so evenings were spent piled up in one of the bedrooms to watch a movie.
